We cater for both.

It only take 30 minutes per game.

Played on grass with 2 teams of 5 players.  A non contact sport suitable for all levels of fitness.

A fun sport for all ages. Learn the basics then start playing. That is all you need along with a smile. 

We support mixed teams of all ages so bring your family and colleagues for a game together and meet new and friendly people. It is a lot of fun. 

MUST have enclosed flat shoes.

We believe in moving forward together, we support the values of good sportsmanship, fun and camaraderie and that makes our teams great. 

Our players are like-minded people who enjoy the excitement and fun of the sport. Playing together at all skill levels and giving each other encouragement during the game.
